Heritage
A thousand years ofcraft, kept warm.
Temple Geometry
The rekha deula's rising curve gives us our arch — the shape that frames our emblem, our packaging and every image on this site.
Palm Leaf & Pattern
Odisha's palm-leaf manuscripts and Pattachitra borders taught us restraint: line, repetition, and space left empty on purpose.
Brass & Stone
The materials of an Odia kitchen and an Odia temple. Warm metal, cool stone, and nothing synthetic between them.
The Offering
Food in Puri is prepared to be given. That instinct — generosity before commerce — is the closest thing we have to a business plan.

Heritage is not decoration.
You will not find loud motifs or crowded ornament here. The pattern that runs through this site appears and disappears the way carving does on a temple wall at dusk — present, quiet, and impossible to unsee once you have noticed it.
