The Story

Khaja travelled with pilgrims out of Puri long before it travelled in boxes. Made to survive the journey, it became the sweet families carried home as proof of where they had been.

Ingredients

Stone-milled wheat flour, pure cow ghee, cane sugar, cardamom, filtered water. Nothing else — no preservatives, no palm oil, no colour.

Craft

Dough rested twice, laminated to sixty-four leaves, hand-cut, fried slow in shallow ghee, then bathed briefly in single-boil cane syrup.

Storage

Keep sealed at room temperature, away from humidity. Best within 21 days of the date printed on the base of the tin.
